Don't skip over that home with ugly pictures! Yes, you heard me... just because the pictures might look less than desirable at first glance, that doesn't mean the home isn't worth a look. We have managed to get our buyer clients some incredible deals, just because the home wasn't marketed properly! We actually LOVE when we see this happen.. the home wasn't cleaned up before going on market and the pictures were horrible, yet the home had everything our clients wanted..and for less than comparable homes that were just marketed better.
