Buyers Advice: 

Don't skip over that home with ugly pictures! Yes, you heard me... just because the pictures might look less than desirable at first glance, that doesn't mean the home isn't worth a look. We have managed to get our buyer clients some incredible deals, just because the home wasn't marketed properly! We actually LOVE when we see this happen.. the home wasn't cleaned up before going on market and the pictures were horrible, yet the home had everything our clients wanted..and for less than comparable homes that were just marketed better. This happens all the time! So moral of the story, don't judge a book by its cover. If it's in the neighborhood you want, with all the right specs you want too, don't miss out - Go view it!

Sellers Advice: 

This advice falls in line with the buyer's advice listed above. Don't be THAT Seller! Don't leave money on the table because you are trying to save money upfront. When we sit down with our seller clients, we figure out what the home would sell for in its current, as-is condition compared to the price if we prepared the home properly. 90% of the time, it is always beneficial for the clients bottom line to prepare the home properly for the market. We carry out this process for our clients from start to finish; all the while our clients can meet with our interior designer, meet with our contractors and always able to make the final decision for all things done. This type of home preparation is one reason why our properties sell for an average of 4% more than our competition.
